Our Sitters Are Thoroughly Vetted

We do our due diligence when hiring to make sure every single one of our sitters is not only safe and reliable but that they have a true passion for pets and people.

  • All sitters pass a mandatory background check.
  • All sitters go through an in-depth interview process.
  • All sitters are required to provide any essential personal information.
  • All sitters are required to be bonded and insured.

Meet Your Sitter Before You Schedule

We believe that you and your pet should feel as comfortable as possible with your sitter before our scheduled service takes place. That’s why we offer a free in-home consultation before your first service begins. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and make sure that this is a good fit.

You’ll Get The Same Trusted Sitter Every Time

When you schedule a service with us, we’ll partner you with a primary and back-up pet sitter based on your needs and schedule. You’ll have the chance to meet these nearby sitters and once you approve of them, we’ll assign them to your account. Any time you schedule services thereafter, you’ll receive care from your primary or back-up sitter. This way you know your pet is getting care from someone you (and they) know, trust, and like every time.

We’ve Earned a Glowing Reputation

With tens of thousands of satisfied clients nationwide, we’ve earned a solid reputation as the most trusted and reliable pet care service in the country. And it isn’t just Fetch as a company. Each of our sitters come with fantastic reviews of their own and our local owners are constantly reviewing feedback surveys to ensure it stays that way.

Private boarding and home care is a very important service, and he goes above and beyond to ensure high-quality care. A member of his local 4-H in his youth, Mark completed training classes for general animal care and dog training, Competing at county fairs each summer. Acquiring the nickname “Dr. Doolittle” during this time, he was, and still is someone who loves, and is devoted to, his entire, adopted Fetch! animal family.

In my youth, my family had a beautiful husky-shepherd mix, and I’ve also experienced the joy of sharing a past life with three rescue cats. I absolutely love getting to know the unique personality every pet has. Once my children came into my life, my hopes of having pets in my house were sadly dashed. This is 100% why caring for your fur-babies will be such a fulfilling opportunity for me. I am a high school Special Education teacher who has a stressful job during the school year. I look at spending quality time with pets as much needed therapy! I am very much looking forward to hanging out with your pet and making them feel very loved! I promise to take extra care, send you updates and pictures, and be a proactive communicator!

Andrea

My passion for animals stems way back to my childhood. Growing up I was always surrounded by all types of animals and learned at an early age how much empathy and compassion I had for all living things. I grew up with cats, dogs, birds, turtles, and bunnies! My love for animals only grew stronger as I got older, and I hope to establish a career in animal care. Outside of my love for animals, I am a professional dancer and I teach kids and adults.

Additionally, I am the Adoptions Director for Mutts of the Midway, a Chicagoland foster-based dog rescue. I have three spunky dogs and a sassy cockatiel of my own, and usually have a foster or two crashing at my home, specializing in fosters that need extra training or young litters. Alexandria

I was born and raised in the city of Chicago. Chicago gave me my love for animals, but my experience as a dog daycare attendant has brought out my love for pets and my appreciation for them. Becoming a pet parent to my sweet baby Chance has shown me how much of a difference a dog, a cat, or any animal can make in a persons life. I will always provide care and attention to every pet I meet as I know they are basically your children. I am currently in the Avondale area, but enjoy going to others as I have lived in multiple areas growing up. I look forward to meeting your fur-babies!
